When they first got together, Phil took a quick picture of Clint. It then was placed into the Agent’s wallet in a place of reverence. Years later its still there, a little rough around the edges but still one of the most precious things to him.
This was a “The Life of Clint and Phil” serie kinda thing.
I started this 14 months ago and then Avengers happened and Jossed all the things and I wept and abandoned it.
Then I went through my WIPs recently and saw this… and it felt like such a waste of an idea, so I took my three favorites and finished them quickly and here they are <3
It’s not perfect - by all means - and also super weird to finish something after so long, but I do hope you like it anyway eeeeee :)

the animator probably requested that this be put in the script because they were so excited that the boulder came out as great as it did so he wanted a little reward for himself… at least, that’s what I would have done…
Maybe they had a ton of trouble rendering the boulder properly and so when it was done they were like ‘You know what? This shit deserves a line in the script.’
As the daughter of a renderer, I can confirm this is pretty likely. :P
